Legal Question in Family Law in California

separation

I was living with a man for 7 years,

we never married and have 2

children together. We separated in

January 2008. I found a new place to

live in. He supports me every month

and promised to do continue for the

next year. What are my rights should

he decide to revoke the deal? What

are the rights for the children?
