Legal Question in Family Law in California

ive been seperated for three years and there have been no problems till now i wanted to take my kids with me on vacation Like I do every year and my Ex now said that I wasn�t able to take them anymore I want to know what I can do to get 100 percent or 50/50 custody of my kids I would go over two times a week and every other weekend or three weekends in a row due to she had plans witch was no problem because I want my kids but now that I have my girlfriend coming around my kids im not able to see or pick them up or talk to them anymore what can I do please help

Once you have specific orders, the police have the power to assist you on picking up the children for scheduled visits.
