I have been naturalized. She is Isreali and we are married there. I have a home in my name we reside in together. She also runs daycare out of the home in my name. What are my rights to my children and assets? Thank- you.

You have all the rights to your children as if you were married, i.e., custody/vistation ect. You must file a patermity action. Your home is yours and she probably has no claim on it. Contact me directly for assistance.
