If I owned my home prior to marriage and have an home equity line as him on that due i have to split everything in half?

You should receive reimbursement for the value of the house when his name went on the loan. This area of the law is very complex and you should consult with an attorney. The amount of money involved in this case certainly justifies the retaining of an attorney.
