Regarding Seperation
My husband and I have been wanting to get separated but neither of us make the move because we have 3 boys. He wants to take them from me. I just want him out. What should I do to begin the process? For right now who gets the kids?

Re: Regarding Seperation
You should talk to an attorney who can discuss with you ideas for shared custody that will benefit the boys. There are no standard child sharing plans. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
Re: Regarding Seperation
You may begin the process and request him removed from the home. Who is best suited to care for the children? Call me directly at 16192223504.
Re: Regarding Seperation
You must begin the process by filing for legal separation and/or marital dissolution. Primary child custody will be "theoretically" determined by whats in the best interest of the child(ren), however, more often than not it is awarded to the mother, unless circumstances are firmly "stacked" against her.
