Seperation

I am living in Ca and moving back to TX. I will file for divorce in TX. What if anything do I need to do before I take our 7 month old baby out of CA and move to TX?

To be safe you should consider getting your custody/visitation order before moving to Texas. Otherwise, the court may order you to return the child to California.
