Legal Question in Family Law in California
Seperation and rights of spouse that remains in the home
My husband and I have been seperated for a few weeks now. He left, I stayed in our home. We agreed to pay for bills, etc. equally. He feels that he can still come and go as he pleases, and I'm not comfortable with that, since he was the one that cheated and moved out. What can I do to stop him from just coming and going, whether I'm at the house or not? I'm afraid of what he might do in or to the house when I'm not there. BTW - we've already started to list the house for sell.
Thank you

First of all, you can change the locks. Second, you can get a restraining order. Third, you can file for divorce. Fourth, you can hire me. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a free 30 minute consultation. Good luck and thanks for inquiring.

You do not have to put up with this. Get an order from the court restraining his activity. Call me to discuss other options. 800-685-6950
