Sep-mom goes to court

I am power of attorney for my husband. He is currently in a correctional institution. The mother of his daughter is filing for full custody. Can I represent him in court?

A power of attorney is an attorney in fact, in order to represent him in court you must be an attorney at law, which is licensed by the state. You may not represent your husband in court
