How to serve divorce summon if respondent's foreign address is not known.

I am LA county resident since 2008. Wife stayed with me for 8 months after marriage. No children. She has deserted me to pursue her career for 3 yrs now. I do not know her current home address, except that she is working in India.
Since I do not know her current address, summon through Hauge Convention is not an option.
What are the other options for me to serve her divorce summon since her personal whereabouts are unknown.
Her employer has a branch in CA. Would LA county court accept, summon serving if I send the divorce summon to her employer in USA ? Additionally, does LA court accepts summon send via email, fedex to her parent's address, skip trace service ?
In summary, how can the court be convinced about summon serving where the respondent's residence address is unknown ?
