Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was served with contempt paperwork from ex's attorney yesterday there is already a wage garnishment order in effect that was filed by DCSS. We already had a contempt hearing in Oct '11 were it was dismissed for improper service. What are my options to fight this recent complaint?

On the contempt paperwork there are three false statements regarding how much I've paid, that a contempt has not been filed previously, and the amount of money I receive. I contacted the local DA's office to charge her with perjury regarding the false statements, waiting to hear back.

Get yourself a decent attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, you have the right to ask the court to appoint the public defender to represent you on the contempt hearing.
