served with guardianship papers

daughter has been staying with grandma for 30 days~with my permission~now she served me with guardianship papers~what do I do? I work full time~no criminal record~do I fight? Or let it be.

Confused.....

You need to respond to the petition for guardianship petition. You should have an advantage as you are a parent. In deciding what to do you should talk to your daughter about the reason that she does not want to return home. You may be able to solve the problem without going to court.
