Legal Question in Family Law in California

What do I have served on my husband - EXACTLY

I'm handling my own uncontested divorce proceeding and thought I understood what to do. I have done the initail petition filing with the clearks office and have the stamped copies ready to serve on my husband who is expecting them. Exactly what forms do I serve on him in addition to the ones I filed with the court? Also, is he supposed to fill out a form too and file this?

Any direction would be great!

Thanks, Trinity

It is impossible to tell you if you are doing things right without knowing details of your marriage such as: how long were you married, do you have any kids; how much do you have in community property? Additionally I would need to know what paperwork you filed with the Clerk and have prepared.

I would be happy to discuss the matter with you and see if I can be of assistance to you if you want to give me a call. Please feel free to call me if you would like to dicuss the matter.
