Legal Question in Family Law in California

I served the mother of my possible son, with order to show cause, genetic testing and custody papers. She thinks if she doesn't show up for court she won't have to let me see my son. What are the consequences if she doesn't show up to the mediation court hearing?

There is no such thing as a mediation court hearing. There is Family Court Services mediation and there is a court hearing. Please clarify your question so we can answer it.
