Legal Question in Family Law in California

Just got served a non suit from a woman in Texas I dated and broke up with 2 1/2 years ago in Texas. I moved to California and joined the military, active duty, and she is saying her child is mine, I don't know that to be true, I broke up with her for sleeping around with other guys. Do I do a paternity test to reply to the nonsuit or do I have to wait until I'm state side again to do so since I'm stationed overseas.

You will need a Texas lawyer since I am assuming the case was filed in Texas. Do not ignore this. You have rights under SCRA that might help. You will need to contest and file an answer and then there will be a paternity test that is acceptable to the court. See you JAG if you are a junior enlisted you might be able to get some help through the ABA military pro bono project.
