Legal Question in Family Law in California

why didn't I get served papers after my mother filed for temporary custody of my two year old and before the court date, where the judge treated me as though i was already guilty from the second I walked in the door.... five minutes later he ruled in favor of my mother (who medically cant lift more than 5lbs. ,takes sleeping pills, and filed her claim based on rumors and hear-say)

is it ok that nothing was looked into about the enviroment, medical limitations, and history/relationship of the temporary guardian? And i can have no contact with them. I have a crystal clean record.

No one can tell you why something didn't happen. If you were actually not served the court did not have jurisdiction to do what it did. You need an attorney to undo it though.
