Never served properly / he's on drugs
I am in the middle of some serious child custody stuff. The jerk offered to do the findings after the 3/12 hearing and never served me. I went to court today and got a copy of the foah and found a responsive declaration that he had filed on 3/10 right before the 3/12 hearing and never served me. This is his m.O. I know the judge already saw it. How to get it striken from the record and how to request that he serve everything to me in the future re certified mail.
Also, how to get them to drug test him randomly? His dec is full of blatant lies and he manufacturers drug paraphernalia out of his house and my 10 year old saw bags of white powder in the house and says it smells like fumes. Judge says he just has to lock the door where he is manufacturing the ''bongs''. Who's monitoring? No one. He is the number one master of lies and deception. What do i do????
