Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was served a subpoena by my boyfriends ex-wife to testify at their contested hearing regarding child custody. I do not live with my boyfriend, however the ex-wife is saying that I do. If she convinces the judge of this lie, will they factor in my income to his child support payments?

Your income is not a factor for the purposes of calculating your boyfriends child support obligation.
