Service Refusal
I had an Order to Show Cause served on my exhusband to collect his military retirement and he refused the service. What do I do now?

Re: Service Refusal
As a general rule a person cannot refuse to accept service of court papers. If the process server was able to see and talk to him he could leave the papers there and he was served. A professional process server should know that.

Re: Service Refusal
You can't refuse service on papers if they are handed to you. Hire a professional process server. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
