serving marrige dissolution paper

Spouse is incarcerated-have no way or no one to go there and serve-any other options?

Contact the facility in which he is incarcerated and ask if they will serve him the papers. Some facilities will. Service of papers can be done by mail if he will sign a Waiver and Acknowledgment, this a judicial council form available on the internet.
