Serving

I am looking for the mother of my kids so I can serve her with custody papers. No one can seem to help me and I'm at the end of the rope.

If you cannot find the mother of your kids she can be served by publication in a newspaper. If she has the kids and you are looking for the kids, that won't do you much good and in that case you should contact the district attorney's child stealing unit for assistance. If you have the kids and just need an order giving you custody, an attorney or if you court has a facilitator's office they can assist you in preparing the paperwork to serve her by publication.
