Serving Papers In A Foreign Country

Who do I contact to, via 3rd party,

serve my wife divorce papers in Japan

where she lives? I have her address

an email. I'm in California. I've been

separated for nearly 16 years and am

on my 5th attempt to get this damn

thing done. It is uncontested with no

children.

contact a professional process server. many of them have connections in other countries. if not, they will point you in the right direction.
