Serving Papers for Guardianship
Do I need to serve papers to the parents and other parties involved in the guardianship personally or can I mail it? If I mail it do I need a receipt? THank you Tracy

The safe answer is to have them personally served. If you're the moving party you can't serve. You need someone to do it on your behalf.
