settlement agreement

I filed a settlement agreement, which both my husband and I signed and was notarized. My husband agreed to give me post dated checks before the the first payment was due. The due date has come and gone and I still don't have one check. How do I go about getting the money from him?

if he does not pay you can go back to court and have him cited for contempt for not following the court order.
