sex and the law

I am a father of three in 1996 I was conviced of a sex crime.[it did involve two of them.]I am now filing for divorce.I am not seeking custity but visitation,My wife has some problems and has sind papers for my sisters to take care of the children.[temperarly]I would like to make this more permenet.Since my wifes problems are mentel and will likly soon be on SSI. How do I go about this.[Thank You]

You would have to file a petition to have your sister appointed as the guardian of the person of your children. Hiring an attorney to represent you would be advisable.
