share custodody
I have share custody of my children with their dad, I'm planning a vacation in Dec. to take them out of the country for a month, I already mentioned it to my ex and he refuse to sign anything, but I think that I have a right to take them out of the country for a month. what can I do for this trip to happen. please advice.

You would have to go to court and convince the court that you should be allowed to take the children out of the country. One of the questions you will have to answer is how you will assure the court that you will return to the home with the children. Also you will need to convince the court that there is a good reason for your trip. A plan to give father makeup time with the children.
