Legal Question in Family Law in California
i share custody of my 4 year old daughter with her father, she visits him every other wknd, lately she's been coming home with bad habits that are not innocent, and telling me her father is intimate with his wife in front of her, and that his wife's 9 yr. old son kisses my 4 yr. old! what do i do?? i can't afford another lawyer, i'v sold my car to pay for one before, i'm so frustraited and her dad has no morals, i dont feel my daughter should be in that invironement where her innocence is being corrupted

If you believe there is inappropriate sexual conduct, please notify child protective services. If there is a finding of such behavior, file a motion for sole legal and physical custody and restricted contact with father. You run the risk of father retaliating and seeking full custody if your claims are unfounded. You really need the help of an experienced family law attorney to properly proceed to protect you and your daughters legal rights.
