Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hello, I share legal and physical custody with my exwife and she has primary physical as we live in different states. We are going back to court because she is breaking every court order which includes, sporadic phone visitation, not sending our son to me on his court ordered christmas vacation (1 week), taking our son (9 yrs old) out of school for over 3 weeks- 2 different times, perjury as to how long she took him out of school, and child nelglect as he is failing just about every subject. The court evaluator already recommended that she lose custody but the judge gave to her anyway. Given all of this, what area's should I STRESS the most and which are most important to a family law court? Case is in CA. Thanks

Shawn

You should stress the concerns in the family court services report about the mother and the reasons that she recommended you have him.

Request a trial on the issue if you want.
