Do she have right to share 1/2 every things i have

Moving live together 10/1995

a�ded her name to my house 1998

Marries 7/2003 but have not file or sign any licents certificate marries.

I open nails salon bussiness

for her 2005. run by her name but

sign renting contract under my name.

now she filling divorce ask to

share 1/2 everthings i have including my retire 401k, my

stock options spouse support

her bussiness usely to take a

cash only,

do she have right to do that.

I would not agree that she is entitled to one half of the house unless the deed specifically states a one-half interest. By right that house is your separate property. If she contributed to the mortgage then perhaps she has some interest. Her business would be one half yours and you may use that as negotiating leverage. Your question is too complicated for a response on the internet. If a marriage certificate was not obtained you would not be married. If she convinces the court she had a good faith belief that you were married, she may have all of the rights of a married person. You have a great deal of money on the line you should retain an attorney to help you with this matter.

All assets accumulated during the marriage would usually be divided 50/50. This would include your 401k, as well as her business. For example, she would be entitled to half of the increase of the 401k during the marriage, but not any increase prior to the marriage or after separation. However, the house would be split down the middle due to the fact you put her on title prior to the marriage.
