Legal Question in Family Law in California

My soon to be ex did not show up for court ordered mediation to grant me more time with our kids. She also no showed the court hearing from Nov. Previously i had a terrible lawyer, who got me 3% time with the kids. However, we have agreed to more time and have that in writing, which is only up to 20% (but the payment amount im making hasnt changed). However, the move for 50/50 is being avoided and will not go to court. What are the consequences since this is the SECOND time she didnt comply.

And a bonus question her sister is the paralegal involved with the whole process for her. Ive told her I find it personally invading and inappropriate for her to call me on the job / cell phone but CANT tell me when or if they are not going to be there in court. I felt that her sister has been manipulating things for her which puts me in a bad position when its coming to my kids. What can I do?
