Legal Question in Family Law in California
If a sibling leaves thier baby with u for what is only suppose to be one night, but its been almost 3 weeks and still they have not returned, u havent heard from them in 2 weeks and u dont know thier where abouts, is that considered abandonment and is there anything i can do to get custody already?

I am sure you can get temporary custody. You should check with your local social services. Permenantly terminating parental rights and giving permenant custody to a relative or foster care is a MUCH bigger deal and requires much more.
