do siblings of adopted children have any rights as nfar as visitation or custody

child in ?-13 year old male

was in temp custody of father when 5 years old. removed from home to foster care then adopted, now at 13,states that abuse is a factor ,wants to run away or live w/older biological sibling who has stable income,home,criminal background etc.does this older sibling have any rights?

also the child in question has maintained relationships w/biological family members regular basis for last 8 years.

is it possible to overturn adoption?

If he is being abused why not contact CPS and have him removed from the home. Then request placement with you. Or you could file a petition for a guardianship. This would require that you show the adoptive parents are abusing him. You should obtain the assistance of an attorney to proceed with this mattter.
