Legal Question in Family Law in California

''one sided in court''

I feel my court preceedings are one sided! I have written to presiding judge & to court commissioners in S.F. Everything I submit such as police, DUI, CPS reports, etc. are not accepted as they are ''heresay''. My husband has stolen my car(in his name), robbed my house(not in our name-my parents')after not living here for over a year, & harrassed me non-stop. The things he took from my house are NOT his & some of them are not from during the marriage(Christmas gifts from parents, jewelry, etc.) He had already gotten his personal belongings when he moved out, besides furniture & household things. Does he have a right to do this? We had standard dissolution papers-we could not sell, remove, transfer, etc. personal belongings, but the police didn't help me. My judge wouldn't grant me a restraining order for his behavior. We had (still do)a hand-written agreement that my husband would pay the mortgage payments & my car payment(in his name so I can't), in exchange for being able to see his daughter when he wanted. He didn't pay & took the notices out of my mail; home went into forclosure(parents cured) and he took car back to co. Should the handwritten agreement hold up in court, forcing him to pay? I also want him to pay for rental car

Re: ''one sided in court''

You need to retain an attorney to assist you in turning this situation around. The agreement that Dad had to pay money to see the child is probably a beig turn off to the court and visitation counselors.
