Legal Question in Family Law in California
If you sign a Pre-nuptual stating you can be on title as Co-Tenant Only, and later are put on title using your credit and income for financing are you entitled to your half of the property?

if you didn't have an attorney review the prenup then you could challenge it. Also a co-tenant is entitled to their share regardless.
