How do I get my soon to be ex to sign real estate papers to list house on market
I am in the process of divorce which is final in July 2002. My soon to be ex currently lives in the house and I moved out 4 months ago. He is not paying the mortgage or taxes and it is going to go into default. We have aproximately $160,000 in equity in the house. I cannot afford to pay mortgage and my apartment rent. He refuses to move out or list the house for sale. What can I do to get him out of the house and force him to list house for sale before it goes into default and I loose everything.

The one important fact that you left out was whether there is any provision in the Interlocutory Judgment regarding the house. Was this asset divided and how is the division handled? Please restate your question adding this information.
