Legal Question in Family Law in California

No signature on court forms

I filed court forms to modify my visitation and served the other party. I just realized that I did not sign any of the forms. What do I do? Are the forms invalid since there is no sinature? Should I re file the papers?

Re: No signature on court forms

Sign them and mark them as "amended" and re-file and re-serve them.
