Legal Question in Family Law in California
I signed house over to wife to better her credit and get loan
house was clear and free of any debt !
now we are divorced and she stated that she would allow me to get house put back in my name......and live in the house as well...yet now i have her forcing me to sell it!! and she is not keeping her word ! that she would aloow me to aume the loan in my name.... what can i do!!!
does this fall under a constructive trust!!!

Did you sign over the house during the marriage or after the divorce? How is it she is forcing you to sell the house? What was the purpose of the loan? These are questions that need to be answered before your questions can be analyzed and answered.
