Legal Question in Family Law in California

If I signed a mediation agreement can i have a change of heart if I was miss inforned.. you see dad want jiont physical custody but he only has them 4 days out of the month and i have them the rest of the time so I think i should have sole physical custody

Just file a declaration that you disagree. FYI, if he has them visitation at all then it will be de facto joint physical custody. Calling it joint or sole physical doesn't mean much. It is just a term, spending time with your is considered physical custody regardless if it is called joint or sole.

You cannot call it sole physical custody if he has any custodial time. If he has custody part of the month, by definition it is joint.
