Legal Question in Family Law in California

if i didnt signed a paternity declaration and a birthcertificate with out this document being signed by me am I legally obligated to this child ?

Not unless and until the mother, or someone on behalf of the child (such as the government if the mother applies for public assistance), files an action to establish paternity and you are found to be the father. If you are the real father, though, there's a good chance someone is going to file that action sooner or later unless the mother is rich and doesn't want you in the child's life.
