Legal Question in Family Law in California

We signed a prenup in CA in order to keep all assets, income and liabilities separate. 5 years later we are filing uncontested divorce. Should any asset be considered community property in our marital settlement agreement?

I agree with Ms. Kock. For all we know, the prenuptial agreement was not properly executed and is invalid.
