Legal Question in Family Law in California
I signed a quit claim deed to couple income properties so it can be transferred to a llc for legal protection. The llc is solely owned by my husband. During a divorce, would I be able to entitled to 50% of the properties under the llc even though I signed the quit claim deed?

You could have problems. It also sounds as though you may trigger the Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act.
