I signed a Voluntary Declaration of Paternity.. is there a way to ask for a paternity test now even tho its been 15 yrs im in california she and my son are in new jersey i have not seen either of them in 13yrs the pictures i see makes me wonder

No, CA gives the presumed father up to 2 years to challenge paternity

You can ask your son to volunteer to take the test. However, he can refuse and there is nothing you can do about it. California provides a very short window of opportunity for a paternity test and it is only 2 years.
