similar situation
my boyfriend has a 3yr old and the mother will not allow him to see his son outside of her house. she uses their son to control him and all he wants is to be able to see him with out her around. she kicks him out after a couple of hours at her house and sometimes get abusive physicaly and verbally right in front of their child and my boyfriend hates that she does it esp. in front of him. not to mention she lives at home and her hole family gangs up on him when he goes over, who wants to deal with that esp. when knowing you only have a few hours to have with him.

He needs to go to court and file an Order to Show Cause for visitation. If she continues to be this way, he might even end up getting custody.

You need to instruct your boyfriend that he needs a custody hearing on his child. He doesn�t need to endure that type of harassment just to see his kid. You should also instruct him to consult an attorney on this matter as well.
