Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am a single mother with two children. i am currently unemployed and I have been looking for job for over a year. I've always been self sufficient and able to take care of my children. However, things are really tight and my unemployment will expire soon. Also, my children have not seen their father in three years and we cannot find him. With that said he is also behind in child support over $90,000. I do not have the resources to find him and everytime I check with Child Support Services they ask me of he whereabouts. I want to know what options I have with collecting the back child support due?

Everything about collecting back support depends on finding the obligor. If you have his social security number and he is working in California, DCSS should be able to find him. If you don't have any information on him at all, not even last known address and SSN, I'm not sure what can be done for you. If you would like to go over what you do know and see if there is anything that I can think of to track him down, feel free to contact my office.
