Legal Question in Family Law in California

My sister has three children by three different fathers. She is planning on moving to Texas to be with her husband and wants to take all three children with her. She does not have legal custody of her three children but shares them with their fathers. Can she move out of the state without permission from the fathers?

No, she cannot move the children from the State without the consent of the father's or a court order. If she plans to move in the next year, she needs to begin the process right away as this process could take several months. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
