my sister is in jaill and i want to get gardianship of my niece but can i im only 18?

1. Why your sister was sentenced to jail

2. How long she will be in jail

3. Your criminal or lack of history

4. Your ability to support yourself

5. Your plan for caring for the children

6. Your ability to convince the court that you are mature enough to take on the responsibility of a young child.
