Legal Question in Family Law in California
My sister in law put a restraining order on my mother along with my brothers and myself and is making false alligations of emotinal abuse she calls and threatns us that because of her pregnancy she is going to put my mom in jail becuse of family despuesets is this possible.

It is possible if your mom violates the restraining order, and of course if she commits a crime. If your sister-in-law has a restraining order, she should not be calling any of you. if the restraining order is not already reciprocal, meaning it applies both ways, you should go back to the same court and have it made reciprocal and to include any form of contact, including phone.
