Legal Question in Family Law in California

Here is the situation. My husband is addicted to porn, and especially lately, he refuses to get off the computer, always making excuses that he has homework or research to do online, and hardly spends 1/2 hour with our boys who are (18 months and 4 months old). He will not even read or tuck our sons to bed, I have to do it, because he's busy online. Can someone please tell me, if I was to file for full legal custody and full custody of my children, will I be granted this request, because he said he'll fight it completely. oh, and when asked blankly if he's been watching porn, he denies it. His behavior towards sex has become more forceful as well. I do not want my sons growing up in this type of environment where he and I will always argue about this matter.

You are never going to get zero visitation to a non-custodial parent unless the parent is a danger to the children. How much visitation he will get depends on a lot more facts than you have provided or could provide in this format.
