Legal Question in Family Law in California

Situation about me,my children,and my husband

Three years ago I used to live in Sudia Arabia.I am now a USA

citizen so are my kids and my husband.We went from Sudia arabia to Cairo to spent our summer vacation.Then after a month my husband went back to Sudia Arabia because his brake finished and I stayed for awhile so I can go back to him when my kids' brake finished.But I changed my mind for some reason I don't want to live with him anymore. So I left and came back to the USA.Now I want a divorce and I want my kids to stay with me!

My question is I want to know what is going to happen if I want to divorce me.

Assuming that you lived in Cal. prior to going to Cario, you should be able to return to your home in Cal. and proceed with a divorce. Nothing will happen to you. You should contact an attorney to discuss the specific facts of your case.
