slander
my child was tooken by dcfs before my drug test results were in. a big part of this was because of a persons slander. i spoke to my case worker, gave her documents to back my story. she said if this person would not have lyed they would not have taken my son. what can i do?

You will need to prepare to present a strong defense at the jurisdictional hearing to show that the statements that this person made are false. Retaining an attorney to assist you as soon as possible will give you the best chance of prevailing in this case.
