Legal Question in Family Law in California

I sold my ex-wife our home 3 years ago and have not received my 200,000 that was my 1/2 of equity,what can i do?She has a TSP in the amount of 213,742.00 and earns over 95,000 per year with no dependents.Plus 25,000 household goods,time share 90,000.I received 193,000 this year that was court ordered in 2005.I have been unemployed due to my choice of taking care of my mother in puerto rico.My ex lives in CA.Can i file a civalsuit from another state?

You need to go back to the court that issued your divorce judgment that equired to her to buy you out. If that was in California, you would file an OSC re: contempt. You can do that from anywhere, either by mail or FedEx or by hiring an attorney in that location to help. You would, however, have to show up for the court hearing.
